APA were instructed to produce a Pre-Acquisition Report of this Grade II Listed Georgian town house located in W1. Once the client had purchased the property their intention was to add value to their acquisition and APA were subsequently commissioned to act as project managers and explore opportunities to maximise the client’s investment.
Following our appointment, we developed a client brief and undertook a consultation process with several architects, following which we led an interview process with the shortlisted architectural practices to assess their feasibility studies in line with the client’s brief. We are now working alongside the preferred architect to develop their scheme and deliver the brief.
