APA were instructed to provide a 10 year Planned Maintenance Programme in relation to the external and internal building fabric and structure of a large residential block consisting of a converted former hospital (an Unlisted Building of Merit) and a modern addition containing a total of 57 flats.
We undertook a detailed inspection of the property to gather the information to determine the scope of repairs, improvements, and maintenance required in the short and long term. This information was then developed into an extensive 10 year maintenance strategy for the building.
