APA were instructed to prepare a 20 year Planned Maintenance Programme for the internal and external building fabric of a converted canal side warehouse, containing both residential and commercial units.  Our brief involved working alongside a Mechanical and Electrical Consultant and incorporating their costed Maintenance Report within the PMP to develop a maintenance strategy and forecast.  In addition, APA were also later instructed to undertake a desktop review following changes to the economic climate.
