APA were instructed to prepare a 20 year Planned Maintenance Programme for this newly constructed development in Surrey Quays containing 200 flats over two blocks.    The instruction also included for the preparation of a Reinstatement Cost Assessment for Insurance Purposes which was in excess of £70,000,000.00.
