APA were instructed to produce a schedule of condition of the external facades of the main building, separate plant room, grounds and boundaries of this extensive residential building and associated structures located in Hanger Lane, Ealing, London, W5.
The schedule of condition was required to be prepared in connection with the proposed HS2 tunnelling works which was occurring in close proximity of the building and boundaries. Although the parties associated with the tunnelling project provided a schedule of condition, our client required additional assurance to protect their and the leaseholders’ interests and thus commissioned APA to produce a far more detailed schedule of condition which was issued to the tunnelling parties as an accurate record in the event of future issues arising.
This will be reviewed upon completion of the tunnelling works to ascertain if any damage has occurred.
