APA were instructed to prepare a Reinstatement Cost Assessment for Insurance Purposes for this Grade II* Listed residential block. The building was designed by the architect G.E. Street in circa 1880 and is described by Historic England as ‘one of his rare domestic buildings in London’. The building is covered by two separate listings, with one part of the building listed as a Grade II*, whilst the other half of the building falls under the Grade II listing covering the terrace of houses within Cadogan Square.
