APA were instructed to produce a Pre-Acquisition Report of this 2-bedroom maisonette flat located in SW12, which included a rear garden and storage vault. Furthermore, and to assist with the assessment of inaccessible areas of the structure, the inspection included a drone survey of the main roof, along with a thermal imaging survey to identify any damp/cold bridging issues.
Our Pre-Acquisition Survey report provided full commentary on the condition of the building fabric and also the grounds and associated areas and provided an assessment of likely costs that would be incurred to address issues identified. Furthermore, the drone survey also enabled us to advise on the likely planned works service charges which would be applicable for the building which would be shared with the other leaseholders.
