Following which we were subsequently instructed as Contract Administrators to undertake the main flat roof and balcony structure renewal works The works which have been tendered and will commence on site shortly, involve the removal of the PV arrays, strip up and renewal of the insulation and overlaying with a new cold-liquid-applied waterproofing system to provide a 20 year materials and workmanship warranty upon completion of the works.
The balconies are also proposed to be stripped out, the structures renewed and finished with a new cold liquid applied system, with integrated tiling system.
