APA were instructed to produce a Pre-Acquisition Report and a separate Schedule of Condition of this large well established garden centre, including the main buildings, grounds and associated structures located in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire.
Our Pre-Acquisition Survey report provided full commentary on the condition of the building fabric and provided an assessment of likely costs that would be incurred to address issues identified, to enable the client to fully understand the long-term financial position in regards their potential acquisition of the site.
The Schedule of Condition was also prepared for recording the condition of the site prior to leasing the development to a new tenant.
